T.O. Boxing provides a supportive, positive environment to help people get in shape, reach their goals and have a lot of fun! We have a fantastic group of people that come together to train after a hard day's work. Some are preparing for Boxing or Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) competitions. Some people want to lose weight; others are just weathering life's daily battles and want an outlet for aggression and negative emotion.


We welcome and encourage boxing and MMA fans of all levels, from seniors and kids, all training together in an inclusive environment. Boxing builds confidence, improves focus, and teach the value of willingness and determination.



Along with the fantastic fitness gains that can be achieved through Boxing or MMA workouts, there is a tremendous psychological aspect to these sports which many people do not realize until they step into the gym. This type of training strengthens the mind as well as the body.
